Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise this right, you must inform us by an unequivocal statement, for example by letter or email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same means of payment as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise, and you will not incur fees for the reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service supplied before you informed us of withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.

The right of withdrawal expires when the service has been fully performed only if we began performance after you gave your express consent and simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you would lose your right upon full performance.
