Vaapad started as a public track record — a decade of trading the hard way, then a Substack where trades and research were shared in the open. The terminal turns that promise into architecture: an IBKR-linked portfolio snapshot, retained daily NAV history, and the research attached, with source and timing limitations documented.

A portfolio feed is only useful when its source and freshness are clear. Phase 1 hardened the foundation — data-state labels, deduplicated trades, and operator tooling to keep the loop running without silent failures.

This wave made the proof more portable: scored closed trades for members, public performance history, published methodology, exports and an embeddable track record. Unfinished proof surfaces remain explicitly open instead of receiving a retrospective checkmark.

Position Hubs and deeper public charting are live. The current work is finishing localization and expanding public discovery without exposing member-only current-position data.
