Is there a free option?
Yes. The Live-Book Brief (a free monthly email recap) and Follow-the-founder notifications are free and need no card. The public landing page also shows the live, reconciled track record before you subscribe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription in one click from the Stripe customer portal. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee; access continues until the end of the paid period.
How is my payment handled?
Checkout runs on Stripe's hosted, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure. Your card details are entered on Stripe's servers and never touch ours.
Do you offer refunds?
Because the full terminal and the live track record are visible before you subscribe, we do not run a trial. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we'll sort it out.
